Sour rye ale with Roussanne grapes aged in oak barrels
Our team of Bruers scoured the hills of Santa Barbara Highlands Vineyard, where we tasted and hand-selected Roussanne grapes which were then introduced to Sour in the Rye. After a year in premium American Oak barrels, Rue Sans emerged a robust ale with hints of honeysuckle, apricot, rye, oak, and spice noted.
