The Owner Ringed Mutu Circle Hook is the leader in circle hooks. As with any circle hook, never set the hook. If you get bit, point the rod tip at the fish and wind until you feel the rod load up. Then raise the rod tip slowly and hang on!
The welded ring on these hooks gives you the added security you need when fighting big fish. The barb is significant in size giving you the confidence you need to keep the fish from coming unbuttoned.
