Description

The Hanging Carved Wood & Clear Resin Wave Crown Column at 120cm is a suspended three-tier column combining richly carved walnut-toned wood with a long inset section of textured clear resin. At 120cm in length, the column opens with a stacked crown of rolling wave-form bands carved into warm dark wood, transitions through a long crystalline resin midsection moulded with rippling organic relief, and finishes on a geometric carved wood pedestal at the base. The contrast between the dense warmth of the wood crown and the translucent shimmer of the resin body is the defining gesture of the piece — each column is hand-carved and cast, so no two pieces are identical.

Carved Waves and Crystal Glow

The crown and base sections are hand-carved from solid hardwood by our artisans, finished in a warm walnut tone that brings out the deep grain running through each band of carving. The resin midsection is cast and surface-textured by hand so light moves through it like water under glass. This 120cm hanging wood and resin column adds drama to stair voids, atriums, and double-height interiors: boutique hotel lobbies, gallery-style homes, designer hallways, showroom centrepieces, and event venues. The dark wood and clear resin palette pairs cleanly with stone, brushed brass, plaster, oak, and warm directional lighting. Indoor display only.
