Cremisan vineyards are in terraced fields 850 m above sea level. The red local grape Baladi
thrives in the vineyards giving just enough yield for commercial use in the winery.
This unique grape variety results in wine that is soft and light with juicy aromas of black
berries and baking spice. Lively acidity and earthy minerality contribute to the length and
vibrancy of the experience.
We like to drink it at cooler temperature to accentuate the structure.
