This is achieved by a highly stiff flex zone sandwiched between two softer flex zones, starting just below the JetSpeed logo, creating a hinge-line effect within the shaft. This versatile design allows players to get quick shots off in tight spaces as well as let heavy wrist shots fly from the blue line!
- The blade of the JetSpeed FT440 Hockey Stick goes by the name of the JS3 blade. This lightweight blade features a dampened core, assisting in puck control while stickhandling, shooting, and receiving passes. Additionally, the JS3 blade features a reinforced heel and toe giving the entire blade increased durability, consistency, and increased puck feel.
- Looking to further enhance overall comfort and feel, CCM has redesigned the shape of the shaft of the JetSpeed line, starting with the FT440 Hockey Stick, featuring what is now known as the R-Shape Geometry.
