Ember’s Camera-Assisted XY Calibration Tool (CXC) is a compact device designed to streamline XY offset calibration on dual extruder, IDEX, and tool-changing 3D printers without requiring printed line patterns.
Traditionally, calibration was a slow, error-prone task, but the CXC automates this with a camera-based system, reducing human error. Engineered for simplicity and wide compatibility, it can be mounted on virtually any printer, completing calibration in under five minutes.
Its can be automated using : Klipper Tool Alignment (using) Machine Vision for the toolchanger/indx system running on Klipper.
Designed and assembled in Vancouver.
