BERLIN: 1925 - First & Tourist deck plan w/ photos from 1960
North German Lloyd: A 27" by 36" tissue deck plan from 1960 showing both First and Tourist classes aboard the BERLIN, the first passenger liner permitted to sail under the German flag after WW2.
North German Lloyd bought Swedish American Line's GRIPSHOLM in 1955 and, after a rebuild, named her BERLIN.
This tissue plan is crisp and tightly folded. Seven decks are shown in detail along with a portrait of the BERLIN at sea, First Class Verandah, Swimming Pool, Lounge, and a cabin, plus Tourist Class Dining Room, Bar, Ball Room, Children's Playroom and a cabin.
Excellent condition.
