A limited-edition single malt launched in November 2006 as part of the first BenRiach Wood Finish Series. Matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Tawny Port hogsheads, sourced from the Douro region in the north of Portugal. 2,040 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%.
Nose: Crème brulée, honey, cinnamon and coconut in harmony with rich port notes and oak wood.
Palate: Butterscotch, herbs, cinnamon, peaches and sultanas, infused with rich port and oak wood notes.
Finish: Long with a hint of cinnamon.
